Your Role:
- Dive deep into customer account data, on-chain and off-chain transactions, and account behaviors to sniff out suspicious activities and identify rogue entities.
- Conduct comprehensive open-source research to uncover crucial data for investigations or due diligence.
- Spot patterns of nefarious activities to map out networks of bad actors.
- Document your investigative journey, detailing every step, source, and conclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exchange vital information.
- Use your findings to bolster Avento Labs' security and contribute towards the prosecution of offenders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A background with 3+ years in law enforcement and a knack for cybercrime or financial investigations.
- A proven track record in uncovering and assisting in cryptocurrency-related cases.
- An in-depth understanding of the crypto world and the nuances of different blockchains/networks.
- Expertise in DeFi, with extensive experience and knowledge.
- Stellar writing skills to articulate findings with clarity and precision.
- A talent for analyzing vast data sets and exceptional problem-solving skills, thinking creatively to connect the dots.
